This is going to be a very brief post. Today has been a positive day, but my wonderful husband decided to share his cold with me. So, I am not feeling the best tonight.
Breakfast – chicken breast with spinach and sunflower seeds.
Lunch – green smoothie (I know it’s actually purple in color). The smoothie consisted of almond milk, coconut water, almond butter, spinach, pineapple, raspberries, blueberries, peaches and hemp protein powder.
Dinner – hamburger patty with mushrooms, grilled onions, cheese, avocado and lettuce.
Snack – leftover date nut crust fruit pie, apples and coffee.
