Change = To become different.
Change can be scary, but it can also be a good thing. The fear of the unknown often prevents us from reaching our full potential. Unless we implement change, our lives will always stay the same. Are you the happiest, healthiest you? Or could you use some improvement?
What is one simple thing you can change today to better your health? If you’re nervous about change, start small and focus on adding things in, instead of taking things away. You may notice that when you add positives, the negatives tend to fade away.
A few ideas:
• drink more water
• add more fruits and vegetables to you daily food intake
• add 5-10 more minutes of physical activity daily to your current routine
• add prayer or meditation to your life
