Did you overeat or make some not-so-good food choices over the holiday weekend? Today’s a new day, so forgive yourself and start fresh. Make conscious choices in your food today and aim to get at least 30 minutes of exercise, even if it’s only light walking.

I know I personally ate more than I should have. So, today I’m going to start my morning off with a green smoothie (almond milk, kale, assorted frozen fruits, chia seeds and wheatgrass powder). Then, for lunch and dinner I will focus on fresh veggies and maybe some brown rice.
