Yet another reason to cut back on our sugar intake.  Sugar does some nasty things to our bodies.  The more we eat it, the more of it we need to feel satisfied.  It really is like a drug to our system.  How much are you consuming daily? It’s not just the white granulated stuff.  Sugar is hidden in so many of our foods.  Can you start by making small changes?
